Billing and Delivery

Coaching and Accountability Calls:

Payment processing will begin right away. You will receive a follow-up email (to the email address entered when purchased) within two business days to schedule your call. Calls are subject to Todd Dotson’s and the Todd Dotson Team’s availability. You will receive a confirmation email of the scheduled appointment and within that email a zoom meeting invite. These calls, unless a telephone call is preferred by the purchaser, are setup to be taken over Zoom. Please look to have Zoom’s Desktop Client installed on a Mac or PC or the Zoom Mobile App (Android and iOS). You can download Zoom here.

Digital Products:

Payment processing will begin right away. The product will be delivered via email (to the email address entered when purchased) automatically after payment has been cleared our payment processor.


Physical Products:

Payment processing will begin right away. The product will be shipped within ten (10) business days (subject to availability). When viewing your Credit Card Statement, transactions will be processed through Todd Dotson Training.

Return Policy

Coaching and Accountability Calls:

You can cancel at any time up to forty-eight hours before your call. If you are within forty-eight hours of your scheduled call a refund will be at the discretion of the Todd Dotson Team.


Digital Products:

Since digital products cannot be “returned,” refunds cannot be given.

Physical Products:

No questions asked refunds will be given if product is returned within 30 days of purchase in good “resaleable” condition. Shipping, handling, processing costs not included/refunded.
