Where it began.

Todd Dotson began formulating the ideas for market to market investing and training in 1990 while living in California. At that time, he was working for one of the largest national real estate seminar companies that specialized in nothing down creative financing and purchasing out of state wholesale properties for cash. In 1988, at age 22, he purchased his first home in California.

He followed that up with a duplex in 1989 and a second in 1990 both in California. In 1991, he flipped his first house in California (which happened to be new construction) and netted $6,854.00. In that same year, he purchased his first out of state properties. The first was a duplex in Oklahoma city followed by 11 and 8 unit apartment complexes in Texas. In 1993, after purchasing 200 out of state units, he moved to Arlington, Texas where he would field test his strategies and ultimately pioneer the wholesaling and mentoring education industry as we know it today!

I want that story.
