I think you can see that the track record is impressive.  In Las Vegas, Todd set up a sweep team of Mentors to go in over a 30-day period and assault the market, which created a lot of action and excitement, and other investors soon followed.  Soon after, the market exploded.  This is just another example of how Todd and his team can impact a market.  Todd uses the Science of Market Selection coupled with the leverage of teamwork to achieve these types of results.

Typically, Todd’s students could only access these properties if they attended one of the Buying Retreats.  A 3-Day Buying Retreat would cost between $5,000 and $10,000 each depending on the market.  Although each retreat has been very successful and a lot of fun, it has been difficult for everyone interested to attend.  In order to expand our offerings and maximize our goals in each market, we had to figure out a way to open up the process to everyone interested while being fair to those that have recently participated in past retreats. 

After careful consideration, we are now introducing the brand new Buyer’s Network for those ready and able to start adding wealth-building properties to your 5-Year Plan.  Going forward, we will still offer Buying Retreats so that we can show investors first-hand the areas, key drivers and anchors while touring the target properties.  Many of the Buying Retreats will now be 1-day and be at a much-reduced rate for those who wish to attend.  Attending will be optional and will not be required to buy properties once enrolled in the Buyer’s Network.  For those that have paid for and attended past Buying Retreats, the Buyer’s Network will only solidify and keep the momentum going in the markets you have invested in.  It is a win-win for everyone!

The Buyer’s Network will allow any member to buy an unlimited number of properties in any of our select locations.  We will have detailed descriptions of the offerings available for review and through us you can then buy as many or as few as you like.   In the examples above, if you were to have bought 1 property in each location when we entered the market and you sold them all today, you would have $560,000 in appreciation.  With programs as low as 0-10% down, the return on investment is astronomical

That is a strong start for anyone’s 5-year plan.  Imagine if you would have bought 2 properties.  Today you would be a millionaire!  Keep in mind; many of the same projects above are poised to double in value from today’s prices.  If you didn’t buy two properties, just keeping the properties another 3-5 years could easily put you over the millionaire level.  Choosing the right properties in the right markets with the right team is the key.  Although we cannot guarantee results, I hope you can see our track record speaks for itself.  We believe our tactical approach is a much safer route than going at it alone.

For an annual fee of only $2,500 per person, you can join Todd’s exclusive Buyer’s Network and begin buying properties with our team in the hottest markets today.  If you have a partner, the cost is $5,000 for the partnership.  You can buy as many properties as you want in our exclusive network.  You will be required to sign a non-disclosure/non-compete agreement that will protect the process for everyone.  This is our way to ensure that the project will remain confidential and be available to those that share the same goals as we do in each market.  These projects and locations will be held in strict confidence and disclosed only to those that are members of the Network.
