In Las Vegas, Todd set up a sweep team of Mentors to go in over a 30-day period
and assault the market, which created a lot of action and excitement, and other
investors soon followed. Soon after, the market
exploded. This is just another example of how Todd and his team
can impact a market. Todd uses the Science of
Market Selection coupled with the leverage of teamwork to achieve
these types of results.
In addition, it is crucial to have the right

markets you have invested in. It is a win-win for everyone!
The Buyer’s Network will allow any member to buy an
unlimited number of properties in any of our
select locations. We will have detailed descriptions of the offerings
available for review and through us you can then buy as many or as few as you
like. In the examples above, if you were to have bought 1 property
in each location when we entered the market and you sold them all today, you
would have $560,000
in appreciation. With programs as low as 0-10% down, the
return on investment is astronomical.
That is a strong start for anyone’s 5-year plan.
